All international shipping rates are calculated at checkout by the relevant carriers.
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused, the purchaser will be liable for any import fees, return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges.

At this stage, we are not offering a pick-up service. All orders are shipped directly via Australia Post. We understand some customers prefer local collection, and we are working towards offering a convenient pick-up option in the near future.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after close of business on Friday, or on weekends and public holidays, will commence processing on the next business day (typically Monday).
If you are not available to receive your Australia Post delivery, the driver will typically leave a notification card or send an email/SMS with instructions to collect your parcel from a designated Post Office. You may also manage delivery preferences, including “Authority to Leave,” through your Australia Post MyPost account.
Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been dispatched, a separate email will be sent containing your tracking number. This tracking number may be used to follow your parcel via the Australia Post tracking tool.
The Andle is not liable for goods lost or damaged once dispatched. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim.
