At The Andle, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order due to a fault or error, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 40 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

  • The product was purchased directly from www.theandle.com.

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days, but return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund, except where faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will happily send a replacement of equal value at no extra cost.
    Exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are not available.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at 📧 info@theandle.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, please return the item by mail in its original packaging.

  3. Include your invoice details and our email confirmation inside the parcel.

  4. After receiving your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days and notify you by email.
