We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from ANDLE. If there is a fault with the product or if you have received an item different from what you ordered, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement of the same value at no additional cost.

Please note that postage costs for returns will be at the customer’s expense. Refunds (excluding the original delivery charge) will be processed within 5–10 business days upon receipt of the returned item, and will be credited to the original method of payment.

We are unable to accept returns for goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition and packaging.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after Friday business hours or on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery service: Standard shipping is fulfilled via Australia Post.

Delivery times: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within Australia. Regional areas may take longer.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You may follow your delivery via the Australia Post tracking tool.

Missed deliveries: If you are not home when your order arrives, Australia Post will typically leave a notification card, or send an SMS/email, with instructions to collect your parcel from a nearby Post Office.
